By accessing or using Jano ("the Service"), operated at jano.so, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jano is a task management and life strategy application that allows you to organize tasks, create boards, take notes, and plan across multiple time horizons. The Service includes offline-capable functionality and cloud synchronization.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Jano includes offline functionality to minimize disruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
